Hey folk sorry for the stupid questions just wondering what parts should I order for my first service of owning my vrs?

I know I need to get brake pads!

Oh yeah the car is coming up to 32,000 miles and got checked and got a new pollen filter at 23,000 roughly 6-7 month ago so what parts should i order oh and I will get the parts from dingbro.

Thanks for the help.......

Make sure you (or the garage) use the correct spec of oil. For the vRS PD engine it has to be 5W-40 and meet VW 505.01 spec. There is a list of the oils you can use in a sticky on here.

I'm not sure if the 30K service is an Inspection or Oil type service. If your car is an 06 (as your sig pic shows) then it's nearly 4 years old and may be needing a timing belt change. Skoda advise it to be done every 4 years or 60K miles whichever comes first. However you may be able to get away with changing it until next year as you've done low mileage, but don't quote me on this if it fails this year.

Change the air filter - the recommended interval is far too long.

Isnt it 80k or 4 years?

60k or 4 years whichever soonest!

Worrying mine has been skoda serviced all its life and was done at 80k :wonder:

I have a feeling that Skoda originally set the limit at 80K, I think the non PD engines are (the SDI for the Fabia), then they changed it 60K and recently added the 4 year interval, due to premature failures.
