Theese cutbacks are stupid thankfully we dont loose any valuable staff but i gota say though our store is one of about 2 stores in the area that has well trained staff(some have been here over 7 years with the company) and ive been there 3 as a part timer also about 4 staff that fit including myself have a qual in mechanics(even if mines is a basic one) and we reg have people coming to merry hill store to have stuff fitted! And i have people coming back all the time saying i did a good job before (i try to live up to the extra mile moto) Please dont be put off halfords there are always horror storie but i cant help but feel empethy for the customer trusting thier car to us on a whim but also it does sometimes hurt when they blame halfords overall were not all bad!
