Rear Suspension Bushes

Featured Replies

I think my rear end passenger side bush may be about to completely give up.

It's creaked in cold weather since I've bought it but a squirt of grease calmed it down last year. This year though it's nosier still, and is much easier to provoke an audible creak from it.. with a slight rattle too.

I know loads a fabia's have this exact seasonal creak but I wondered if anyone had actually had one fail and replaced it?

If you have replaced it is there an upgrade available or would a stiffer bush make no real difference in this position?

MOT in may, guess we'll find out then :D

Quite rare but they do fail from time to time. Usually shows as uneven rear tyre wear (inside of tyre).

Aftermarket rear bushes are available . Not sure if anyone has fitted them.

SuperPro do the rear bushes, we have them in stock and have fitted them to a number of cars..
