3" Cat-bacl Exhaust

Featured Replies

Hi. Is there any 3" catback exhaust system avaible for Fabia?

Im running custom 2,5" exhaust and I will be running GT30r with 3" downpipe, so Im looking for 3" full catback exhaust.

Any Idea?

Probably not for what you need !

Custom made is what you'd be best with for a 1.8T in your Fabia.

I think most of the diesel varieties tend to use 2.5" also, I think it'd be a case of getting a custom exhaust manufactured.

Both the blueflame and Miltek are 2.5 :(

and what about 2,75" catback. its 70mm i think. Is there any. I know some people here, which are runniing GT2559v or GT2260v are running this size. It would be better than 2,5"...

Yes possibly on an octavia but not off the shelf to suit the fabia body AFAIK :wonder:

Worth checking on http://www.seatcupra.net and see if any ibizas with the 20vT exhausts are available, thats the same platform so you may get a better match.

Good call about the Beezas. Probably the most popular aftermarket audience for this sort of thing, especially with the power some are running. Polo GTi 9N3 too, with the 1.8T - but a much smaller number.

What sort of power are you aiming for? I would wonder about the requirement for a system as large as 3", and issues of exhaust back pressure.

Out of interest what size are people like Des and Steevie running ?

Des was running a 3" - looked like a large section of scaffolding!

Pipewerx would have made one for you but just seen your location

if there is no official 3" I will have to make some custom for my aplication. I will be running GT3071r 82A/R and expecting 280-300hp without internals on some "safe" pressure. Ill push it to max (hope for 450hp) when my engine will be forged
