Nice pics Bryan, however what scares me is that there appears to be a cat there disguising itself as a bird feeder.

Notice the black eyes and snow covered head. Let your imagination see the rest of its body :rofl:

The only time you'll see two Robins together is when the weather is like this or they are nesting - they're very territorial.

I've come to the conclusion that they're highly intelligent .We keep our stale bread to take to the park to feed the resident ducks on doggy walks .Last week I was keeping tabs on dog whilst Mrs was feeding ducks. Robin flew to part of bridge and started dancing .I put out some bread and backed off .In no time little bird was in , sat down and tucked in .When that was finished - he looked around ,flew to a tree and waited for me to repeat .More bread out -he returned ,with some chafinches who missed out last time .

They are very personable birds and seem to like human company - the mother-in-law had one that used to eat out of her hand a whle ago!
