Checked my tyres today and noticed both fronts are wearing more on the inner edge. I had the passenger side front wheel bearing start making a noise in December and only got round to replacing it mid February. It was just by chance I noticed my tyres as I had a bit of lock on while parked. What could be the cause? I did read somewhere that with cars with power steering it's normal but I can't see how. Any ideas?

Check all the usual suspects. Drop links, consul bushes. If they are OK have the tracking checked.

Oh forgot to say. Wishbone bushes were changed 6 months ago at the dealer while it was still under warranty. Done about 7k since.

If it was droplinks would there be any other symptoms?

had it lowered without having an alignment check?

i did untill i noticed i was down to the canvas one day serious drop when you ran your hand from one side of the tyre to the other! you could say i got that sorted rather swiftly!

my toeing was out a considerable amount!

what tyres are you using ?

That car han't been lowered. The tyres I'm pretty sure are Goodyear Eagle F1's (Too dark outside to check)
