the seam comes apart underneath and you have to squash the foam and pull the cover over. It's well tight but comes off.

    Thanks for an excellent guide used it to transfer seats covers and foam from a donor interior to make a passenger seat into a drivers seat.

    Thanks for an excellent guide. Just got a foam seat base from Skoda dealer for my 2004 VRS drivers seat £62 - they are still available.
