Touching up white alloy wheels

Featured Replies

Any tips?! :giggle: Guess who managed to "catch the rockery" on the way out the drive this morning in the dark..... :dull:

Not "that bad" but have scuffed the face on two spokes on my rear offside wheel. Thinking perhaps a sanding down and either mask off & spray, or using white touch up kit as temp measure.

buy some new white spiders ;) :p

Every opportunity eh? :giggle:

You've only had them on days.:(

Just try some white touch up paint 1st and layer it on.

Ahem, make that "DAY" - less than 24 hours... Guess I just need to re-learn the car. Weird really as I never caught my old Evolos on it.... Was just bad luck this morning I think! Turned in too early. Will go for the touch-up option first. It is a proper glossy white so hoping much easier to mask than silver.

Jason what tyres are you running?

Exactly the same ones as on the evolos - swapped them :D 215/40 R17. I was unlucky in that the sufficient sidewall grace was below the height of where I scraped (which was about 4" off the deck)
