Mini Photo Shoot!

Featured Replies

Well woke up this morning, saw the weather was crap so decided to get a few pics of the car. Why I hear you ask?! Well the answer being I always tend to get pics of my car in the nice weather but thought it would make a bit of a change getting a few photos with the car looking a bit dirty and in dull conditions.

*note* I am no trying to be a photographer so I will apologise in advance for any lack of creativity

So on with the pictures!!

Its just a little place I have for when I'm needing some time out :D haha!! Nah its Longleat house :)

And thanks

Nice pictures, I wouldn`t have gone down that track though ,I`d be thinking that will take me 3 hours to get all the mud off emoticon-0106-crying.gif

Just the 3? :) Yeah it was rather cringe worthy I must say but had to be done :D

Take the bloody date stamp off! :D

Nice idea that. Good locations too.

Shortening the exposure and lowering the ISO might have got some even better pics. Silver cars on a grey, damp day will never be easy though. But that might have improved the definition of the cars against your backdrops. Like how in No.3 it's quite hard to work out where your bonnet starts and ends; it all seems to have blurred into one. Also your Fab watersplash and track (No 3 & 4) might have benefitted from a lower, close point-of-view IMO

Yeah we only had a cheap nasty digital camera and I don't really know anything about photography, I will have to purchase a decent camera at some point and learn some of the basics :)

Thanks for the advice and comments

Some good shots there, the C2 VTR looks out of place though :giggle:

You don't need anything stupidly fancy, just a good solid mid-range compact would give you really nice shots these days. It's as much about how you use it

The Seat looks pretty tasty to be honest!

nice shots the ones infront of the big building hae got potetial, but turn the date of in your camera settings :p the pic with the C2 looks like you just pulled up next to it to take the picture, then went! like when your out in a nightclub and you grab a random stranger to take a photo with then never see them again lol

Nice photos, good to see some realistic weather
