does the ecu have to come out for thre octy FL TSI also? does that mean the STS cannot be used? Ta

The STS is compatible with the new TSI engine however some cars are now coming through with protected ECUs as per the CR TDI, and so on a brand new car it's hard to say whether it will be protected or not. The only way of knowing is to try :)

I have a Scout Tdi with 20K on the clock and am wondering if it's worth having a re-map. What kind of gains would I be looking at ?

People do bring brand new cars to us and it's no problem at all, but I would suggest putting 1,000 miles or so on the car just to iron out any possible teething problems. That's what I would do if it was my own car emoticon-0100-smile.gif

Shark, I get the car on Tuesday, are you open on Saturdays. I was thinking of the 25th if possible? It's 200miles from me to you, by the time I get to saturday and get up to you it will have a few miles on it. Also can you PM price for the CR map, coding bluetooth GSMIII Any advanced bank holiday deal? Taking my little girl out to my rents in holland on the BH monday 31st so wouldnt mind the BT sorted and car mapped before I go. Safety for overtaking more easily as they say. emoticon-0110-tongueout.gif No it's more to confirm my old mans stupidity, swaying from the Vag brand. Recently replaced his vag diesel touran chiped by ABT to a toyota Verso. vomit-smiley-31.gif and is starting to regret it. Vag lots of torque - Utretch - Southampton sitting at 90ish would have 1/3 of a tank left. The verso is less powerful than a rampant rabbit and they fill up in the BP in dover to make it to southamptonemoticon-0149-no.gif
