Guys i am in great need of your knowledge and wisdom,

in the last few days i have been having a bit of trouble with either my clutch or gearbox! What is happening is when selecting reverse the car will start reversing and then it starts juddering and then when i try to remove the gear stick out of reverse it is stuck!!! Forward gears are all ok when moving. On occasion it is a little difficult to select 1st..

Your thoughts please??
