Ideal Accessory (not yet available)

The other ideal accessory thread got me thinking. What I would like would be one of these:

An emergency key that will fit in your wallet (this one was from my scrappage Passat). This has got me out of trouble on more than one occasion after locking my keys in the boot.

It is light weight (made of plastic) and doesn't take up much room.

Great idea. My old Bora had one. Presumably two large keys are acceptable. :(

Hmm. Like the idea but it wouldn't work for me - just another thing to get cancelled / changed when I lose my wallet :D

I have the exact same plastic key for my Audi A2 in my wallet and it has been in my wallet for near nine years now. Many a time I've been able to move my car, or get the spare house keys from it when the real keys where in the house and I was on my way to the Tube... So I agree on this one.

What keys do you get with a Yeti then? Just two flick remote keys?

Yup!

do modern keys not have transponders for the engine immobiliser built in?

That would render theplastic jobby in the wallet useless for anything apart from emergecy access when you locked thekeys inside.

The transponder is in the round bit on the end.

edit: I have transponders stuck in various parts of my motorbike (Datatag) and they are about the size of the VW circle at the end.
