I am just waiting for my decat pipe to turn up, I've got a mate who's gonna fit it, and then we will be up

I will need the map tweaked and to get rid of CEL for lambda & SAI if that's OK?

I'll borrow this..

Does this look like a problem? I have not used exel for years, so used a google and found this:

LOG-02-115-xxx-xxx.csv_18-06-2010_11-33-37.png

And here's "raw", if it explains better..

Stick with the standard one if it's ok - I guess this just goes to prove that you don't have to run the N75J or H if you've got a remap.

Totally agree.

From my knowledge working with PWM valves (we use one), the N75 "J" is just an old crummy valve with a slower response time, allowing for a boost spike by not responding quickly enough. It's not an upgrade in any way!

The latest revison correct N75 valve form Skoda is much better IMO.

I'll borrow this..

Does this look like a problem?

Looks ok to me, the spec boost will be higher than the actual boost at first, it takes a while for the actual boost to catch up. I take it this is a generic remapped car as it is peaking at just over 1050mbar (2050mbar minus 1000mbar atmospheric pressure) which is about 14.7psi.

Looks like the actual boost peaks at 2090mBar absolute.

So that's 1.08Bar (15.6psi) gauge. (Taking atmospheric pressure as 1013.25mBar, and 1Bar = 14.5037744psi)

Looks perfectly normal to me.

What map is on it?

Well, that's the problem. Previous owner(woman) did'nt even know the car was mapped.

Is there any way to figure what/whose maps it could be, any notes in memory?

Also noted that there's no rev limiter, or it's quite high... can't see point in that

The only way I can think of is look through the paperwork and old receipts or ask the previous owner if she has any details of the person who owned it before her.

Do you have any VAG tuners near you or near where the car was bought from? I think Revo have a few supplying dealers in Finland, if the car was bought from near one of them then you could ask them if they have any record of it's registration number on their computers.

Car was bought from Sweden.

Lots of receipts, full service history, but nothing about remap...
