Joined last year, after buying a 55 plate Octavia, but haven't been round much....

Got to say that if you'd asked me 10 years ago if I'd ever buy a Skoda I'd have laughed at you.

Since my brother in law bought a Vrs a coupleof years ago I've been smitten.

When our Ford Focus packed up there was no choice, but I found Diesel DSG's hard to come by.

Viewed one in Devon, a 240 mile round trip, but although better looking sports version it had the esp light stuck on and the guy wouldn't get itlooked at until I committed to buying the car.

Ended up getting an Elegance from Oxford and I love it.

It's so damn pokey, but ecenomical at the same time.

All in all I love my Skoda
