Phaeton Update

Featured Replies

Not been on in ages so I thought I would post a small update on my Phaeton. Had it remapped today at JBS and I have to say "WOW". The car is estimated to be pushing 365 BHP and 610 lb/ft of torque. The drive is fantastic. The map has also removed the 1st gear shudder that these cars do seem to suffer from. Next on my list is to get the paint work sorted out along with a full valet. Im return the car to like it left the factory and gonna sort out a private plate as well

In all, the car is still **** hot, and I dont regret trading in my Superb for it. ITS AWESOME!!!

Was only thinking the other day how you getting on with it.

What sort of mpg are you getting?

They're some pretty inpressive figures there!

Also interested to here about the MPG from that engine. You surely must have the most torque out of any member on here!

If you sell it , do please put it up in here :)

MPG depends on the type of journey. From Barnsley to where I work in Sheffield, I get 27.5 - 28.5 mpg

Drove to Basingstoke last night for a course, and even though the traffic was crap and quite a bit of stop/start I got 33.7 mpg.

Stationary traffic is what kills the figures.....

^^^^^ Not to bad then.
