yeaaa im thinking of doing them myself but i dont wana end up getting half way and the discs being hard to remove!

Mintex full rear pads and discs £34 Mintex full front pads and discs £74 You need a caliper piston wind back tool for the rears, and an 8mm hex socket for the the caliper frame bolts. They are tight, and can be difficult to remove. The hex recess in the bolt head is also quite shallow, so easy to round off if not careful. About 2 hours to do the whole lot if getting a garage to do the job.

I did mine about 3 months ago and it took me 4 hours cos the back ones are a total bitch to get off. You have to completely remove the whole caliper and disconnect the handbrake cable which is really fiddly to get back on. only cost £110 for the front & back discs & pads from GSF Car Parts.

It is pretty straight foward to do :)

only 'specialist' tool needed is a caliper rewind tool available from halfords for £20,

handbrake cable on rear doesnt need removed, all that needs removed is the caliper, the discs squeeze past the carriers, just!! Get a friend to help me and a friend had a race to do my rear discs and pads, only took 30mins :)

fronts are even easier just push caliper back rather than wind :8
