Spotted this, so thought I'd chuck across some pics. For sale very close to me too for half a thou' , so I can go take a look for anyone interested. All work done "DIY" to my knowledge. Not a bad effort either in my opinion. WRC effect without spending a shedload of cash.

Was an L&K then? £500? What engine?

It's a 1.3 engine. Apparently has cut-out a few times on the owner, but always restarted fine. Very odd issue.

Not an L&K but pretty sure the leather interior came out of one. It is not the stock interior.

With that exterior it should have no interior!

This was for sale on fleabay a few weeks ago,IIRC the stickers were added to the car not to long ago.

Loving that Plush Interior .. If you were only to see the inside & had to guess what car it was on the outside, Im pretty sure you wouldn't be getting a Cigar

I wonder, Will those seats fit in the Vrs ?? WOuld be worth Buying just for that ..

This car hasn't been for sale since at least last summer. To my knowledge the car was bought by the current owner in white, tarted up a fair few bits that were sub-standard as well as did the green bumpers, then gradually did the lettering / emblems, etc. Now he's got his other car on the road (mk2 golf I think) this is for sale.

6 months in the future and I'd have it :(
