iPhone Integration?

Featured Replies

Has anyone hooked up an iPhone to the Bolero in an Elegance YETI? I'd like to try if possible.

I'll answer it myself. I plugged it in, turned it on, and dialled the number. Simples!!

The iphone 3g I use works flawlessly with the Columbus/GSM II in my Yeti as well. Full functionality, and I can charge/listen to music from the phone via the MDI port :thumbup: Perfect set up B)

Oh JonA, don't wind us UK based Yeti owners up! For some unfathomable reason, Mdi isn't even an option in the UK. My poor little iPhone will need to make do with the aux in port! How 2002 is that?

We just turned the bluetooth on on the iPhone 3G and it worked on ours. 'Found' it straight away. Does eat the battery up on any mobile though.May look to see how to recharge the iPhone via the 12v socket.

Glad to see the self-help medicine is working, Freshacre.... emoticon-0105-wink.gif

My iPhone 3GS also works fine with my Columbus. I leave the Bluetooth on all the time, battery seems to last quite well but then I'm a bloke and so don't spend ages chatting on the phone.... emoticon-0136-giggle.gif

works excellently for me. i also use the tomtom app and the tomtom holder/charger ...my only gripe is the bingly-bong when the car is started/stopped i cant switch it off.

lack of MDI is a minor pain in the butt that the sd card overcomes neatly
