Felicia ABS

Featured Replies

There is a felicia 1.6 the same model as mine in my local scrap yard, only difference it has ABS where as mine doesnt, i would like to know which parts i would need in order to fit the system to my car?

front swivel hubs, rear stub axles and hubs... all of the wheel sensors and thier wiring..

you would need the abs valve unit/pump and the abs controller module.. and the abs fuse panel and wiring, you will need the brake master cylinder and all the brake pipes, you need the rear brake bias valve off the rear axle.

it's not impossible to do, but the amount of work involved is prohibitive... i'm pretty certain you will not be able to use your existing dashboard loom either but i would need to confirm this. if i recall the wiring for the front wheel sensors is attached to the front indicator repeater wiring...

need i go on??

.... and bear in mind that this advice is coming from the man who does the most in terms of making things fit that shouldn't out of anyone on here!

So you felt the need to resurrect a long dead 5 yo topic just to tell us that.
