My only regret now is not undoing the big wheel off the end of the cam before undoing all the hold down bits. Can't get the thing off now so left it on the end of the cam!

For the hell of it - Oh, and for the injector units which are worth more than the amount I paid for the whole head. Also got a reasonable cam out of it, and some spare rockers.

Could you not place it in a vice, with protected jaws and remove it. ??

I don't have a vice here. :( Might take it a local garage and see if someone can do it for me.
