Actually this was attempt two and I did cut down the centre struts, perhaps its just the angle of the picture that makes it look as if they are too long. The first attempt was courtesy of a mate who had a spare LCR that had poor moulding so I used it to experiment. I cut down the centre struts on this to make them completely flush and it looked awful so I decided not to be so ruthless with the dremel! As for the it not behind wide enough - it is actually - it goes all the way to the arches and you couldn't get any wider due to the curve of the bumper. Even if Skoda made one to fit it wouldn't be any wider but I get your drift.

It looks better in "real life" and really has a facory look about it in the flesh. Seriously, if I wasn't entirely happy I'd have it off immediately!

What you say about the splitter is exactly right, I have the same thing on my Superb. From the angle you took the picture it does almost look as if it's sagging and slightly naff, but in the flesh and from almost every other angle they look spot on.
