Was wondering what the chances of getting aftermarket "sunset glass" on a Hatch are?

I like it on the estates, and of course other hatches Ive seen.

Can the dealer do this, or someone else? And what should I pay

also can you rotate tyres on the Octavia, if so is there a best method, and do you need 4 wheel alignment / balancing etc

any ideas?

I would have thought the most financially viable option would be aftermarket tints.
