Evo brembo calipers...

Featured Replies

for some reason a friend of mine has a pair of Bremo 4pots off a Evo V.

does anyone have any idea if it would be possible to get them on the fabia? i do fancy some bigger brakes!

Yes it is possible, personally I wouldnt say its worth the hassle,

You need to have custom brackets made up, I may still have the CNC programme laying about.

You need to buy some 5x100 bells, and rotors to suit how long you make your brackets (320x45) You could go bigger if you really wanted to.

Your wheel selection will be critical, minimum 17" and even at that it has to be such a design that it will clear the calipers.

Opinion #1 - If you must go with brembos, sell the evo ones on ebay and spend the profit on a SEAT brembo GT kit for a leon.

Opinion #2 - IMHO you'd be just as good with a set of 312's, Tarox G88's and a set of DS pads and save a packet in the process.

if these are the same as porsche boxster rear calipers you'll need custom brackets,£90 quid ish off ebay 312 discs and new brake lines and as bigw says wheels that will clear these...audi tt/A3 normally do apparently.
