Fabia 1.2 6v 54bhp feel reaaally slow?

ii) You need to learn to anticipate traffic better, allowing for the lower performance. Don't pull out in front of people and expect to speed up because if you don't it will annoy them.

That's the key. A while ago my vRS was in the bodyshop, and I had a 1.2 litre VW Fox. It was fine, but on the motorway it needed a lot of anticipation and planning to not **** people off, compared to the vRS. I've driven a Mk1 Fabia with that engine too, and it was perfectly acceptable, just a bit more work.

the driver makes up for less power. if you need fast car just to keep up with traffic then you're not as good a driver.
