Another New Octy Vrs Estate

Featured Replies

Just traded up to a Vrs Cr Estate from my faithful Octy Sport.

First impressions really good. Smooth CR engine compared to PD, a more refined car overall, and 50+ mpg whilst running in, although I can feel the horses want to be unleashed.

More new car pics.....

Anthracite? Very nice indeed!

Edited by APJ

Very nice.

Love that colour.

I love it! But then I would - I should hopefully have mine soon, an Anthracite vRS estate too! Seeing yours has made me want mine even more now.

Enjoy your car.

It looks like fantastic. Hopefully mine is on a boat on its way here now

I like shot #2 very arty

Nice colour, anthracite's definitely a nice one.

Very Nice

Great looking car! Jealous coz my vrs isn't being built until week 30!

I'm jealous as well: mine is a 1.6 diesel, but as grey as yours! Love the colour, would love to have your engine..

The more I see these Anthracite cars the more I want to do something unspeakably painful to my dealer as he told me the colour couldn't be changed after I'd placed my order (I ordered September and noticed in October that Anthracite was now an option...)

To the OP, nice car (said through gritted teeth) emoticon-0102-bigsmile.gif

Anthracite was the colour my wife wanted, when she got a Vrs last year. She saw the Ltd edition Vrs in the showroom, but was unable to order an FL in that colour, and so went for Race Blue. I decided to go Anthracite, as it was the only car colour in the Vrs range either of us hadn't had- except yellow. Easier to look after compared to black or white, and not as 'loud' as the yellow, red or blue.

It is just a 'quality' colour.emoticon-0102-bigsmile.gif

Very nice.

Quality photographs. A hobby or something? That does not look like they were taken with a pocket Browny.

And I agree, nice looking vehicle.

Hi Captain

Thanks for the comments.

I used a Canon 20D with a Canon 10-22mm wide angle lens, although I do have a Box Brownie as a paper weight.

I just enjoy taking photos.
