Hi all,

As the title says: i'm a long time lurker who's finally plucked up the courage to post. Actually courage is the wrong word, I finding this site very useful as a resource so I thought I'd better introduce myself...

Just made the plunge and upgraded my 5 year old Octavia 1.9TDi Elegance to the car I originally wanted: a 2.0Ltr T VRS estate in Silver. it's not new mind, it's 6 months old and could be described as fully loaded I guess as it has most of the extras.

Anyway, I'm 43, live around the Oxford area and am heavily into mountainbiking and photography (sometimes combining the two) I'm also typing this at work, the boss is about so i'll end it there :)
