hi theres this link http://briskoda.net/forums/topic/129943-cleaning-throttle-body-1-8t-engine/ .

What boost problems are you having ? ive put a guide up on here because i had the 17705 code and was a nightmare to sort !!

Well i have had it for ages now it will boost then hold back then boost again etc.

I have changed the pancake pipe new coil packs new plugs new fuel filter new air filter new maf and has cost me alot trying to sort it out but its not throwing any codes up or nothing so smacking my head on brick wall at mo

Is it standard map or remapped?

Could be a trait of the remap if there are no fault codes and no obviously split hoses.

If the throttle body clean doesn't help then the next thing I would try is swapping your N75 over with a known working one (find a member on here near you who'll be willing to lend you theirs for an hour or two)

I had a remap on it from ECU evolution about 18 months ago but have since around 3 months ago gone back to them and they have put the newest remap on it and sorry to sound stupid i have no idea what an n75 is.

The N75 is a valve on the pipe between the air filter box and the turbo, it looks like a little lego brick with 3 hoses going into it. it's part of the turbo control system and if its messing about the turbo boost will be erratic.

Don't bother buying one, it's cheaper to try someone elses on your car until you know that is the problem for sure

Did ECU Evo have the car on a rolling road when they remapped it? A tuner would probably be able to tell from looking at graphs of the boost and air-fuel mixture what is going on with it, even if it's not throwing a fault code to make it obvious what the problem is.
