Fabia Vrs install

Featured Replies

Can you please post links or pics of your installs please Furby vRS owners? As you might already know im doing mine but im looking for inspiration!

Eatsoot04, if your not wanting to go OTT then just changing the HU and fitting the Sub from the Skoda Acessories will do, trying to get new speakers in a Fabia is like trying to get a tramp to stop begging, it's that much of a bitch.

Hellfire have you fitted you vag sub yet?

Ross your sub will not last long with that carpet in the way. As the carpet will restrict it's movement, and end up tearing the cone (I know happened to my first sub)

This is why the revised floor is coming up...amp and that isnt wired up yet, its also why the floor is covered in the rather odd grey carpet, it was some I had left over and just used as a mock up, got some black cloth now for the new lid.

Here's mine clicky

Also got round to sound deadening the drivers door over the weekend. Boy does that make a difference :D Just need to do the other door now :thumbdwn:

Walkie,

do a search in the ICE section for threads I've started. There are a few regarding changing the speakers in the front doors, building new speaker kickbuilds for the front, a false floor guide where I now have two amps and a rather nice sub :)

I'll update my sig to link them someday

I thought you had the std headunit

Anyway, what improvements did you notice soundproofing the door?

Its an old picture mate. Standard is now back in :D

Soundproofing has made a big difference. At the moment the drivers door is done but the passenger side ant so its a good comparison. Lot more midbass and a lot less rattles :D
