I expect they were added by the dealers at PDI. Might be worth asking your local dealership - they may have a few lying around at a bottom of a cupboard somewhere.

Those stickers were fitted at the factory to all Octavias and Fabias supplied to the UK around 2001-2002, they were then phased out.

Mines got one too!

Could be collectable on day

A lad I used to work with had a vinyl cutting machine so I did my own variation on these...

Yep, those were my thoughts. Get some pictures of the stickers, then get a decent signwriter/sticker making place to do you one or a couple. I'm sure people would buy them if a minimum batch were required :)

I got a random sticker made up for the back of a mate's car from someone on eBay and was happy with the result. This was a few years ago now, but I'm pretty certain there would be people about advertising custom stickers as a service

Oh, and Andy - maybe you should go back to him and get a 'It's an Aurora Blue Mazda. Honest.' one made up??

Doesn't quite have the same ring to it though, does it? ;)

Not quite the same ring - but perhaps more useful than having a "It's a Black Toyota. Honest." one that would be folded away for 90% of the time I'm in the car.

Well after a bit of digging here is the file I used to create mine - somehow managed to get a copy of the correct font at the time.

It might be useful if anyone is planning to work with their local vinyl cutting place to get some of these done.

"It's actually an Audi but I paid a lot less. Honest."

I'd like "The badge says Skoda, the engine block says Audi" :giggle: :wonder:

You all missed the best Skoda sticker of all time out here...

You've been Skoda taken!

I may know someone who had a .pdf with the Skoda font if anyone was interested :giggle:

Would like: "It's a Diesel Skoda. Honest." emoticon-0148-yes.gif

my other thought was "Oh no, another cheap Audi"
