Thanks I have time to weigh it all up and see how, or if, this progresses. I'm hoping that some kind person will give me a spin in an AP or Weitec equipped car before I make up my mind too.

if you were closer than several hundred miles you coulda jumped aboard mate no worries ....

Wee update - going in Friday after lunch to get the springs sorted, hopefully this sorts the noise, if not i'm leaving it there lol

Problem solved - looks like all the springs need is a hard rubber tubing to stop the coils touching on bumps and uneven roads, noise is 99% better.

Been told to keep an eye on it for two weeks then report back!

Will keep this updated with info as and when I have some!

Haha thanks! Och well I'm going back to Glasgow for college at the end of the month, I'm sure there'll be some kind soul in the area...

Contact your suppler, tell him to contact KW, explain the problem and if they are in warranty .......... (that is if you have from the KW range)
