Need to remove rear valance ( bumper cover). Any hints or tips.

The rear bumper or just the vRS extension?

Pretty sure the extension is bonded to the bumper, good luck getting that off.

Might have a go myself at removing the rear bumper. See If i can line it up a bit better.

need to remove both to fit Towbar, can I do it in one operation or do I have to remove them individually.
