I wish I had a spare few hundred quid. Lol. What did the remap process involve there?

Well I pick it up just fine. Lovely car but not quite as chuckable round corners as my old MGZS but a lot quicker in a straight line. Should u always hear a little turbo whistle as it spools up? Also is it worth getting a cai set up or are the too noisey? Cheers

Interesting you say that was your old MGZS a 180 or 120.

My old ZGZS was as quick as my Octy in standard form if not quicker off the mark. And as you say the MGZS handling is very hard to beat. Skoda no where near that, although mine is getting there.

Yes it is normal to hear turbo whistle.

CAi are ok but no more power than a decent panel filter in your standard airbox. My CAI works well with my set up and i have tried both several times, with various filters, drilled air box's , de fined airbox's etc etc. and for my cars tune CAI is better. But they will create more noise, especially with a none OEM DV.
