been looking at my options regarding a new car and im not too sure i want to spend that amount anymore so im wondering if ive left it too late for a remap

my car is 6 years old, 58k and apart from a k&n and jabba rear arb its all standard

i read about increased stress on parts and id rather not be rebuilding anytime soon so really im just interested in how long youve had your remap and if anythings gone tit's up because of it

im not keen on the mpg of the mkII VRs as i do 40 miles a day but if i get this one remapped it'd be like a new car again and still return decent mpg

get it done,

the previous owner of mine had it done at about 50-60k !, its got 98k on now,

still on its first clutch and turbo !, im guessing he didnt have to many problems,

As long as the car is well maintained and looked after, it shouldn't be a problem

My car has been mapped since 50k, now on 111k miles, standard turbo..

well this all sounds encouraging guess my minds made up i just need to decide who to do this, now theres another can of worms ive just opened up lol

Nice little drive down to RS Tuning in leeds for a good map !, wont take you that long few hours,
