How easy or hard would this be to do? Not looking for a remote unit etc just want it to open all doors with the key as having two kids and having to open all four doors individually and same with locking is a bit of an effort especially if it's peeing with rain

Any suggestions?

Skoda did a kit (not sure if they still do) to retro fit CDL, pretty easy to fit just quite labour intensive.

I searched eBay last night and found a kit for the fabia for not alot of money but not sure whether it's worth it or not. Like u say it won't be cheap to do

The original kit is £127 from a dealers but after starting I feel the extra £90 on top of a cheap generic kit is worth it to have all the bits tailor made for the Fabia.

The one on ebay will probably be a generic one that happens to have Fabia in the title, a little something ebay sellers like to do to boost sales, you'll see the same done with bulbs etc.

Yeh I know mate. It's handy that way sometimes as it let's you know it'll fit but not always 100% true haha

Think I'll go down the dealer bought route and I'll have a flick through you're thread when I get home. My mate works for skoda so I'll get the kit a bit cheaper I hope
