Back in a Vrs - Or I will be tommorrow Whooo!

Featured Replies

I used to own a 2003 Octy Vrs, and have had loads of cars since, but it was always one of my favourite cars. Picking up tommorrow a 2009 CR 170 DSG Octy Vr in Race Blue, I'm so excited! Its only done 6000 miles, anything I should look out for, I have not seen it in the flesh as yet!!!!

Also I am aware of the FL in 2009, and I am fairly sure mine is not FL, however the interior should be I think juding on the date (March 2009), how can I tell?

Anyway Can't wait!

If it is a FL interior it will have a Bolero headunit (colour touchsreen) and the temp/fuel guages will be within the rev counter/speedo at the bottom (non FL had them on the top).

I thought all September 09 cars were pure FL's

Mar 09 might well be a pre-FL with the FL interior.

Enjoy the car, mine (10 plate I had on May 5th with 5 miles on the clock..) already has 6750 miles on it :D

I have confirmed its Pre-Facelift, has maxidot though and parking sensors, which I didnt think it had. Got Cruise too. Really looking forward to it, right spec for me with the DSG box too. Anything else I should look out for, obviously its around 18 months old but with 6000 miles will not have been serviced as yet. Its from a main dealer though so I have 'some' peace of mind.
