Can anyone tell me if the Superb Elegance is supplied complete with floor mats? I'm waiting for my 170CRTDi Elegance Estate to arrive mid-Sept and I forgot to specify mats when I ordered, but will get some in advance if it does not come with them.

Be very careful who you buy mats from on the Internet. There is one company that runs some very large sites, that tend to appear near the top of the google list when you type in "superb mats". All of the sites run under different names, but if you are aware you can notice the pictures, wording etc are very similar.

I can name the company, but not sure if that is allowed on here, if you are bad mouthing them.

I purchased some mats from them in May when my new Superb Estate arrived. Everything appeared to be going fine until the mats arrived.

I ordered black everything (trim, edging, etc ) and they arrived in Beige.

I e mailed back straight away, got a reply back and was promised it would be looked into. I was told it was their fault, factory error, and that I could have new ones sent, or a refund. I opted for new mats. None arrived. Several e mails later they asked me to send the incorrect mats back, which I did, with proof of delivery upon arrival.

They e mailed back after me chasing again to say that they had got the mats back and would refund my card with the full amount plus postage. Despite them assuring me they had done the refund, no money was ever seen from them.

It is now in the hands of my credit card company who have refunded my money and have notified the company's bank of their dodgy practices.

I found out after, if you then google the company name there are lots of complaints about them from buyers and other sellers alike.

I am sure there are some bargains to be had on the net, just watch who you buy from. I paid the extra few pounds in the end and got mine from Skoda.
