Welcome to the forum.

Is It the older mk1 vRS or a newer mk2 vRS your after?

If it's an older (Mk1) VRS look in the Octavia I forum there is a buying guide.

They are good at doing high mileage, mine has over 130k and I know people with 130, 140 and 150k ones. Obviously at these kinds of mileages you need to replace things like suspension, clutch etc. as they won't go on forever!
