I'm looking to upgrade the Anti Roll Bar Saddle bush's on my PD100 Polo.

this will be the second lot to go on the car, and really hate doing things twice so was hoping there was someone who did a upgrade for them?

there 21mm's if that helps.

The bushes will be specific to the Brand of ARB you have. It's not like they are VAG made ones that can be replicated en masse. Phone the ARB supplier to see if there are any better ones now.

I'm guessing that the OP is using a VAG ARB - if otherwise I'd suspect that he would have said so, but the other thing is that if the car still has the older plastic end stops ARB then for a given ARB diameter, they are bigger than the later ARB ones that have steel end stops.

Yep, for the hassle of replacing the bushes *again*, I'd perhaps put a later vRS front ARB on.

If you don't want to do that, Powerflex may offer uprated bushes. Hard to say without more info. Might be worth giving someone like Awesome a ring and ask.
