as you look at the pic going from left to right there is a bottom OE pipe to 90 deg bend joined to a straght joined to a U bend it is the straght that is popping of all the time im getting sick of putting it back on i keep lineing it up the best i can before tightening it up and as soon as its on full boost pop and its off again i dont know what else to try ???? and there not the cheap clips either there the broad stainless ones? any one help me or advise me on what to try im back at work on thursday and realy wanted some time to play before i go back :wonder:

Get yourself some marine grade clips. If you have silicon hose fitting over stainless pipes, roughen the steel pipe ends with glass paper. Wipe all connections over with IPA or brake cleaner before you slide the bits together.

or get a lip welded on the end's of the stainless pipes by any metal works

and gets some Mikalor clamps from ebay! these wont budge! jubilee's are rubbish

are there any welds on the end of the stainless pipes???? also when re-sealing - a trick of the trade, spray hairspray on the outside of stainless pipe before applying the silicone...sets like rock and wont budge.

Aye get a lip welded on and it wont budge!!

Im running stage 2 psi (27psi) and they dont budge with lips and mikalor clamps
