Decat 80000 miles MK1, risk of lambda problem?

Featured Replies

Tittle says all.

If remove the cat is a fail chance? Engine light may get on?

Thanks

Alvaro

Yes, you will get an engine light as the 2nd lambda sensor will recognise there is not a cat present. You can have it mapped out though

The remap is done at skoda or is a custom one?

Same hear.

I fitted my decat on after i had a REVO 2 remap. and no cell light

Do have a cell light now but not due to cat , due to Secondary air system being rmoved

Revo Stage 2 can include the 2nd O2 sensor being mapped out but I didn't think that came as standard.
