Hatch or Estate?

post edited thanks

£15000-16000 private.

£14500-15000 dealer.

Going off current vehicles on the market. Maybe more. Maybe less.

You can pick that spec up new for around £19k so since yours is secondhand you should knock off a good chunk (at least 20%). Also sorry to say but the wrap and remap will also mean a further drop in price as these are not popular items in the secondhand market.

wrap can be removed it just pulls off and re-map is adjustable, plug and play in goes back to standard.

I would remove the wrap before trying to sell as if a buyer sees this they may get concerns with the car. I would say do the same about the remap but if you are asked if the car has been remapped you will have to say yes which again could put some buyers off.

PSM is spot on.

I would make the car standard completely. Any add-ons such as re-maps only make a potential buyer paranoid as to the previous keepers driving characteristics.

Don't forget we all love to buy second hand motors from people that have given their cars a calm and peaceful life.

Re-maps advertise trouble. As good as they are they pollute our thoughts with drivers who have their foot glued to the axminster.

Out of interest whats wrong with the motor? Its a hell of a car. B)

Glasses Guide

just had alook and the cheapest candy white vrs in the country is £17k on a 09 plate,so for me to get rid of mine for £15-£16k ide have to be an idiot,i think £17k is about right considering the spec its got,and to be honest whos waiting 5 month for a new car and paying top money for it

Might be having to sell mine too - mine is going for £18000 excellent condition in the glasses guide. Xenons, bluetooth etc should add another couple of hundred. Will be gutted if I have to part

I paid £17.2 k for mine Black Magic Pearl, rear sensors & spare wheel. I had the thrill of being the first person to drive my car and knowing it has only been owned by me. I would not even contemplate paying almost the same amount of money for a second hand better specced car, the leather seats & auto lights + wipers i regard as unneccesary although would have liked maxidot.

Auto wipers are neccesary! I've had them for 6 years now and hate driving the vans at work in the rain with only a variable intermittent! Auto lights i agree with but only had them for the auto dimming mirror which is a god send on an unlit motorway.

:giggle: :giggle:

You got any more like that?

Why join freedom when you can advertise it like this?? :dull:
