Hi all,

I had some AP coilovers fitted yesterday and had the wishbone bushes fitted at the same time (and I have to say they've transformed the handling of the car, not to mention it looks a lot beastier sitting low), at first all seemed OK but on the ride home, the car has developed a creaking sound which seems to be coming from the passenger side but I cannot isolate it.

When I got the car home I left it for an hour and the sound went away when I took it for a drive. However, this morning when I took the car to work it started out absolutely fine and then has come back albeit not as loud. After a short time though the ABS and ASR lights have come on, along with the (!) light for good measure. After I stopped the problem went away, but has come back now and willnot go away.

Any ideas?

The abs lights might be something relating to the abs sensors when you had the coilovers fitted might of broke the plug or trapped the wiring

Cheers man I'll look into that. Am also worried because the ABS + ASR are controlled by one unit, and the fuse is fine, I really, really don't want to have to fork out for a new control unit.

No that will prob fine if it's a sensor wire trapped at most u might need a new sensor
