Hi all

My friend has now collected his 52 plate Oct Elegance and now notes that the remote works the central locking but doesnt the activate the drivers door - that needs to be operated by key. Same applies to locking and unlocking. Any clues on what the issue might be (the drivers elec mirror also is inop - could the 2 be linked???)

could be water ingress into the connector block at the bottom of the convenience unit mounted in the drivers door.
