Looking to buy a vRS

Featured Replies

Hi All

I've recently sold my Civic Type-R and I'm now looking to buy a Fabia vRS. I've got just under £6k to spend and looking for something around 05 with 50K on the clock, is this realistic?

Also I've been searching the forum but can't find a buyers guide anywhere. What are the major points to look out for when viewing one?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

I bought my 06 vRS for £6k with 46,000 on it 2 weeks ago.

Full service history is a must, the vRS is fussy as to what oil it uses.

Where is the best place to look? I've been looking on auto trader and pistonheads but none seem to stand out. They are all either high miles or over budget.

I was PM'd by a member on here when I signed up to ask about what to look for.

The next week I bought it :)

But I was looking on Auto Trader & Pistonheads too.

Yes thats realistic. I bought my 06 with 50k for £5100 3 weeks ago. It needs a cambelt service though.
