They were on watchdog the other week with plenty of faults. Watch on iPlayer and make your mind up from that!!!

Don't even trust them with wheel change where you have locking key. They will rip that locking key to bits with their air guns when everyone knows locking bolts should only be put on with hand wheel brace.

lol yeh the air gun junkies I call them.

The number of wheel places that will tighten your bolts up using an air gun is enough to fill a small country. Usually the end result is if you get a flat tyre and try changing it yourself dont bother as you'll need a breakers bar or scaffold pole for leverage.

make sure who ever does the timing belt they use a full timing belt kit (belt , idle roller and tensioner) and idealy a water pump at the same time

That BBC Kwik Fit article is pretty damming. In fact it's shocking. I wouldn't trust them to put air in a tyre.
