Heated Washer Nozzels

Featured Replies

Is there anyway you can retrofit heated washer nozzels?

It must be possible, can't imagine it will be cheap for all the bits (loom, nozzles etc) then I assume the ECU would need re-coding to turn the function on?

On the basis it's on a £35 option, could it be that the wiring is already installed...?

I doubt if the loom is in the bonnet, but the other end may be 'plug and play' wherever it connects to (plus the coding of course, so not really 'plug and play' at all :giggle:)

It is far easier and cheaper to fit in the factory as the (similar) parts need fitting anyway, it's only the loom that will be extra.

There are aftermarket kits available dunno how compatible with canbus they are though

I had an Octavia before and never had frozen washers (use a premix screen wash all the time) but last year the Superb washers froze about 10 times!
