Clear Airbag Error

Featured Replies

Now i know this is my fault but........

I was fitting a video in motion device which ment taking the stereo out. when i removed the facia i had to disconnect the passenger airbag light. I forgot to plug it back in when i booted the car up and got an airbag error. i know this is the only reason for this error as its the only thing i unplugged/plugged. It is securely plugged back in but still the error exists on turning the key.

Is there a way to clear this error without taking it to a garage?

Thanks

Chris

This can be easily reset using VAGCOM or a handheld DTC code reader. :)
