I use photoshop pro... but I believe Adobe Photoshop could do it just as well.

what are you actually doing to produce these pictures ???

Duplicate the image, save as a different filename.

Resize the width as required, I find 50% works pretty well.

Copy the wheels and "some" wheelarch form the original image, into the new one.

The quality seems to come from getting that "area" correct, and the angle of the car, and then some post processing with touch up tools.

Most of these I have done have been very "lazy" and I have not done a great deal of touch up work on them.

Note cars at an angle away from the camera will need a size alteration of the furthest away wheel to look correct, also both wheels will need adjustment of angle.

The Smart still looks the same size.
