What's the best way too get it on an Octavia!?

You cant without dramatically reducing the life of the turbo as its not designed to take it.

Mine chatters and has done for the last 30k with no problems.

I get a very slight chatter in third when going up a hill somethimes.

Did you disable the N249 valve? When I had mine chattering it came up with an N249 valve error code stored on the ECU - didnt put the EML on though..

....just my two pennies worth:

I have the Forge Splitt-r DV, if you do the spring up tight, it will chatter, After lots of driving-stopping-messingabout-driving again i managed to get mine doing it at low boost, but opening up the valve when on max boost. Awesome noise, but i have reduced the spring pressure and back to a re-cric, mainly for longevety of the turbo. Not sure whether this is 'placebo' or not, but mine seemed to have extra lag when chattering.

Of course you get extra lag with the chatter, because you are basically stalling the turbo which means it has to spin all the way up again. Without the chatter it simply comes off boost and remains rotating for a period of time meaning its more ready when you demand more power. Stalling the turbo puts a lot of stress on the bearings as the K03s is a small turbo and is not designed with stalling in mind.

my old golf on a ko3 chattered like **** at 19psi for over 28k no codes tryed it on the vrs last night work ok but was a bit poor with only 10 psi lol . Can do it with standerd d/v just block of the hose that goes to the mildle of the d/v cone filter chatter
