After a bit of advice.

Has anyone fitted a MFSW without the flappy paddles to a Oct VRS?

I know they are available in the four spoke variety but has anyone done this or is anyone managed to get hold of a VRS MFSW without the flappy paddles?

Unlikely, as far as i am aware, the vRS comes with MFSW only on the DSG version (complete with flappy paddles). Looking at the Skoda brochure, the 3 spoke wheel has flappy paddles and the four spoke wheel doesn't

How difficult is it to remove the flappy paddles?

I recall someone posted on here on this already - the paddles are apparently easy to remove (but leave some big holes in the back of the wheel, obviously!).

If I had the cash, i'd get the wheel fitted up on mine (manual) and have the paddles configured to do something else (flash the lights, play a tune, fire missiles or something similar).

There is a three spoke MFSW that can be fitted, but it isn't a vRS one, e.g. it doesn't have the perforated leather or the vRS badge.

Yes, we've fitted a few, along with Mk6 Golf wheels for people too.

Also reading the above comment can you get the flappy paddles programmed to do something other than change gears?

Have just noted that the Yeti can have as an option a 3 spoke MFSW.

This would be ideal in a manual vRS.

Given that blutooth is standard in Ireland there must be some vRS 3 spoke MFSW available without the flappy paddles....?

Has anyone seen one, does it look the same as the vRS DSG one but without the paddles and has anyone changed theirs for one yet??
